CyberSKILLS Terms of Service

CyberSKILLS provides read-only discovery and inspection of AI capability metadata through a centrally managed registry and remote MCP interface. The service is currently Alpha.

No execution authority

The current public ChatGPT-facing tools do not install, publish, delete, modify, or execute capabilities on a user's behalf. UNKNOWN != PASS.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unauthorized access, service interference, submission of secrets or credentials, unlawful activity, or to misrepresent CyberSKILLS metadata as independent professional certification.

Availability and accuracy

No service-level agreement is promised during Alpha. Registry information may be incomplete, experimental, outdated, or marked unknown. Users remain responsible for verifying suitability before consequential use.

Third-party platforms

Use through ChatGPT or other platforms is also subject to those platforms' terms, permissions, regional availability, and account requirements.

Software license

CyberSKILLS source code is licensed under Apache License 2.0. These service terms do not replace the software license.

Publisher identity

The verified publisher legal identity and public legal contact will be inserted before public submission.
